Eric Gunnerson changed jobs at Microsoft and abandoned that blog, so the link to feline cranial protection is dead. I think it was a funny picture of a cat.
Actually his blog can still be found at this location: http://blogs.msdn.com/ericgu/default.aspx
It is the picture at penguinx.org which is gone, along with the domain.
